For ML a fundamental part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to use our position to support the wider and local community and ensure we operate an ethically sound and responsible business.
We believe in having strong CSR principles that enables us to remain focused on further providing recruitment solutions which assist in the improvement and quality of life for all, which is at the heart of our core values.
ML is committed to being a responsible business.
Our employment policies not only comply with all relevant legislation, but seek to exceed standard requirements and expectations thus ensuring that the working environment across the entire business embraces diversity and offers fairness and equality of opportunity in every respect.
ML consultants are encouraged to fulfil a work life balance. We value family at its core and offer a split office/home working environment.
Consultants also benefit from working at any of our registered offices which include Blackheath/London, Chislehurst/Kent or our newly acquired international office in Singapore.
Our aim is to not simply develop the landscape of payments recruitment, but to make a positive impact to the environment.
We actively seek new ways to minimise our environmental impact within our office from reducing waste to recycling materials. Here are just some of the actions we take to reduce our carbon footprint:
Reducing energy consumption & recycling – by using higher efficiency systems and low energy lighting, maximise use of e-mail rather than printing and recycling as much as possible
Commuting – where possible staff use public transport to save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to and from work
Raising awareness – everyone is encouraged to conserve at home as well as in the office are just some of the actions we take to reduce our carbon footprint
ML is proud to support Children with Cancer UK as our chosen Charity.
A charity which touches all of our hearts. Ringing the end of a treatment bell means a child has finished their cancer treatment. Children with Cancer UK fund vital research so that one day every child will survive and can ring the End of Treatment Bell.
Children with Cancer UK fund more than 60 research projects at centres of excellence around the UK. These projects are investigating a broad range of childhood cancers – helping us to better understand these diseases and to find more effective, less toxic ways of treating them.
Through their investment in research, they are taking forward their understanding of childhood cancer, to give new insights into ways of treating young patients with even the most difficult forms of cancer.
They are working to drive up the survival rate still further by developing more effective curative therapies with fewer toxic side effects.
Super proud of our Operations Manager Emma who ran The Brighton Half-Marathon in a fantastic time of 2hrs 18 mins.
