We then add personal data to our internal database, only after our invitations to connect on these various third-party sources are accepted. ML Partners shall inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay. If ML Partners does not take action on your request, ML Partners shall inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request, of the reasons for not taking action. In this case, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to seek a judicial remedy.
